If you travel or are away from your home for any stretch of time and want to receive a warning when the temperature in your home/garage/shop/business drops dangerously low due to a furnace failure or power outage, you need a Low Temperature Sensor

The high temperature sensor is great for furnace/utility rooms

As a standalone temperature sensor it can monitor for cold, warm or hot temperatures. Without any probe the internal temperature sensor can be used to monitor the protected room's temperature. 

• Cold: the sensor will fault when the temperature drops below 45° F for more than (10) minutes.
• Hot: the transmitter will fault when the temperature rises above 95° F for greater than (10) minutes. 
• Warm: the temperature sensor will fault when the temperature rises above 75° F for more than 10 minutes.
